Worximity AI is like a helpful assistant that can read your Tile+ Excel export and give you quick answers. Instead of searching through spreadsheets, you can just ask a question in plain language and get a clear response. 

It uses a Large Language Model (LLM) — a kind of smart computer program trained to understand natural language (any language) and answer questions. 

How It Works

 

Worximity AI works with the Excel data export from Tile+. It can only answer questions about what’s inside that file.

Not Real-Time (for now) 

The AI does not connect directly to live data.

What the AI Understands

  • KPIs (like OEE, performance, downtime, etc.)
  • Time ranges (shifts, days, weeks, months)
  • Production metrics

What To Do with Worximity AI

Managers and supervisors may find Worximity AI useful because it helps them:

  • Save time on reporting

  • Improve without waiting for someone else to prepare the data, spotting  problems faster

You can ask questions like:

  • “Create a summary of my production for the last week?”

  • “Show me performance loss by shift for the last week.”

  • “What was our OEE trend over the last 3 months?”

  • “Which line produced the most units this week?”

Think of it as asking the same questions you would normally check in your Export Excel, but faster.

Features You Can Use

  • Prompt Window
    This is where you type your own questions about production. The AI remembers your previous prompts during a session, so you can refine or add details as you go.

  • Starters

     A Starter is a ready-made question (or “prompt”) that appears under the AI’s chat box when you begin a new session.

    Instead of typing your own question right away, you can click on a Starter and the AI will automatically run that query on your data. Great for first-time users: If you’re not sure what to ask, Starters give you an easy way to begin.

  • Save Opportunities
    If you find a useful query or a series of prompts that gave you the answer you needed, just Save it! Saved queries can be quickly reused by you or anyone else in your factory. Those will be displayed ad the Opportunities table.

  • Opportunities
    Worximity call Opportunities to all those  ready-to-use queries for quick analysis. Some are WX Certified (created and validated by Worximity), while others can be created by you or your colleagues.

  • Display Opportunities
    To see the table of opportunities, first run at least one prompt or starter. A button will then appear — click it to view all Worximity Certified Opportunities along with those created in your factory

     

  • Chart Builder
    Turn your answers into visuals. When you use Chart Builder, the AI interprets your question and generates a chart. You can ask for a specific chart type, or let the AI suggest the best one.

  • Analysis 
    Generate a complete summary of your production.

  • Prompt History
    Need to revisit a past session? Go to the top left of your screen to view, continue, or delete previous chat sessions.

  • New Chat
    Over time, the AI might lose track of your context if you send too many prompts in one session. If that happens, just start fresh with the “New Chat” button at the top left.
